Currently, there’s a strong rental market, and homes that are in good condition and market correctly will rent quickly.
We use our extensive knowledge of the areas in which we work, along with using numerous sites and several other forms of advertising, we find qualified tenants. We qualify them by checking their credit history, background information, employment verification, and rental history. We collect the rent monthly and deposit it into the owner’s account or mail out a check (whichever is preferable to the owner). We coordinate all maintenance proceedings. In the event rent collection becomes an issue, we employ the correct legal proceedings to collect it or have the tenant vacate the property.
We provide monthly statements which are available in the owner portals which keep you up to date on the status of your property. Through the owner portal, owners and investors can communicate with our staff at any time, check the status of their accounts and properties, financial reports, and maintenance reports all in real-time.
